About the Job
We're looking for someone who’s equal parts people-person and behind-the-scenes pro. This full-time role is the heart of our customer experience—whether you’re helping someone find their perfect bag in our retail room or making sure an online order ships out right on time.
This is an in-person, full-time position based in Lynchburg. Must be available to work weekdays and frequent Saturdays.

Your day-to-day will include:
-Managing and restocking our retail space
-Assisting in-store customers and making them feel right at home
-Fulfilling and packaging online orders with care and accuracy
-Supporting our team with general tasks to keep things running smoothly
