USPS & UPS — $9.95 flat rate for 1 item and $2 per each additional item to contiguous 48 states. This is how we keep our shipping cost to you low.
We are happy to ship internationally but in order to do so, please contact email@example.com for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or International locations including Canada.
ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 5 business days from the date you place your order. If you would like your shipped overnight, please give us a call (434) 215-3284 and we will gladly help you out with overnight shipping options.
USE CODE PICKUP during checkout if you are local and can pick up. We will call you when your order is packed and ready.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS: NOW THROUGH JANUARY 5TH
We want you to be 100% pleased and satisfied with your order. If for some reason you aren't happy with your order or have any questions, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can work on finding a resolution.
We accept returns for a full refund or exchange from date of purchase through JANUARY 15TH. Please note all custom, made to order items, are final sales.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. E-mail us at email@example.com describing your issue in detail and identifying it as either a return or a defect. We will quickly respond to verify the eligibility of your return or exchange. We stand behind our craftsmanship but we will not replace a bag with regular wear and tear. Examples of situations: we do not replace if your bag gets dirty, you spill something on it, rain drops gets on leather... you need to add lotion or just USE it, it will blend in and become so pretty! Promotional items are not returnable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products will vary. However, we work very hard to process all items as fast as possible
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
